Please join us in extending a huge thank you to Schwan’s Company– Florence Kentucky Plant for hosting the FPSA – Food Processing Suppliers Association‘s FIT Program! The students were able to tour the facility and plant, view a presentation about the company and have a question-and-answer lunch. This unique learning opportunity provided the students, staff, and faculty knowledge on operations in the industry including baking, production, packaging, and logistics.
