Food Industry Technician Program (FIT) traveled to Chicago, Illinois last week to visit and tour our member’s, OSI Group, plant.
This was an incredible tour that offered training on many types of processing. Our class was also able to learn from former FIT Student and current OSI maintenance technician Omar!
